目的通过KLF2在慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠肺组织中的表达,探讨参芪补肺方的治疗效果。方法复制大鼠COPD模型,应用免疫组化和RT-PCR方法检测KLF2蛋白及m RNA的表达,并行相关分析。结果免疫组化结果显示模型组、空白组和中药治疗组蛋白表达有差异性(P<0.05);RT-PCR结果显示模型组、空白组和中药治疗组m RNA表达有差异性(P<0.05)。结论参芪补肺方在COPD氧化/抗氧化失衡过程当中起到了一定的作用,减少了ROS的释放,减缓了氧化应激的速度。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Bufei Fang through the expression of KLF2 in the lung tissue of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease rats. Methods The model of COPD was reproduced and the expression of KLF2 protein and m RNA were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. The correlation analysis was performed. Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of m RNA in the model group, the blank group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were different (P <0.05). The results of RT-PCR showed that there was difference in m RNA expression between the model group, the blank group and the traditional Chinese medicine group ). Conclusion Shenqi Buxu Recipe plays a certain role in the process of oxidative / anti-oxidative imbalance of COPD, reducing the release of ROS and slowing the rate of oxidative stress.
