在我国,近年来随着对中小企业重视程度的提高,政府陆续制定了一些扶持中小企业发展的政策文件,开始启动若干领域的中小企业政府支持体系建设,特别是为高新技术领域的中小企业提供了相对宽松的发展条件。但由于种种原因,中小企业融资难、支持体系不完善等问题仍在不同程度上存在,制约其发展及作用的充分发挥,亟待引起有关方面重视并尽快采取相关对策措施加以有效解决。
