Objective To understand the influence of operating environment for oceanographic surveyors on the cardiovascular system of workers. Methods The Japanese photoelectric 6151 electrocardiograph was used to inspect the staff of 377 ocean-going survey ships and set as the test group. 238 electrocardiogram examination data of non-special post workers were taken as the control group and compared with statistical software. At the same time, in accordance with the measurement and control, navigation, electromechanical, communications, shipping five major types of work, comparative analysis of the abnormal rate of inspection results. Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was as high as 58.62% in ocean survey vessel, which was significantly higher than that in control group (12.6%). Among them, left ventricular high voltage, sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia, non-specific conduction delay and axis Deflection significant difference. Category 5 job postings engaged in navigation, measurement and control and mechanical and electrical work staff ECG abnormalities high rate of abnormal results. Conclusion The operational environment of the ocean-going survey vessel during operation has an adverse effect on the cardiovascular system of the workers, suggesting that emphasis should be placed on the occupational safety and security of the workers and the health guardianship of the workers.
