在传感器的设计、研制、改进乃至使用的过程中,常需作动态标定。动态标定可分为两类,即频率响应法和瞬态响应法。一般说来,频率响应试验能量集中,抗干扰能力强,但设备复杂,试验周期长,费用较大,特别是对于压力传感器来说,频率响应试验是比较困难的;相对来讲,瞬态响应试验设备较简单,试验周期短,费用较低,但抗干扰能力差。所以,作时域动态标定,需选择较好的激励信号。阶跃信号就是一种较为常用的作时域动态标定的信号。本文介绍一种应用激波管发生的阶跃压力作传感器动态标定的方法,并给出了一个具体的试验实例。
In the sensor design, development, improvement and even the use of the process, often need to make dynamic calibration. Dynamic calibration can be divided into two categories, namely, frequency response method and transient response method. In general, the frequency response test energy concentration, anti-interference ability, but the equipment is complex, the test period is long, the cost is large, especially for the pressure sensor, the frequency response test is more difficult; relatively speaking, the transient response Test equipment is relatively simple, short test cycle, lower cost, but poor anti-interference ability. So, for time-domain dynamic calibration, need to choose a better incentive signal. Step signal is a more commonly used signal for time-domain dynamic calibration. In this paper, a method for dynamic calibration of a sensor using a step pressure generated by a shock tube is introduced. A specific example of the experiment is given.
