主创设计师:马震聪:广州市设计院副院长、总建筑师,教授级高级建筑师。黄惠菁:广州市设计院副总建筑师,教授级高级建筑师。设计团队:广州市设计院+美国SOM创作理念:“珠江城”项目占地面积1万平方米,总建筑面积21万平方米,地上71层、地下5层,高度309.6米.设计有360度观景的商务会所(70—71层)、高级中西餐饮(4-5层)、中外资营业银行(1-2层)、职员餐厅(6层)等商务设施配套.裙楼设国际会议中心(800人).顶层为空中休闲花园。项目地下共提供865个车位。

Huang Hui Jing: Deputy Chief Architect of Guangzhou Municipal Design Institute, a professor-level senior architect. Design Team: Design Institute of Guangzhou City + American SOM Creative Concept: “Pearl River City” project covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 210,000 square meters, 71 floors above the ground, 5 floors underground and a height of 309.6 meters. 360-degree viewing business clubs (70-71), senior Chinese and Western restaurants (4-5), foreign-funded commercial banks (1-2), staff restaurant (6) and other business facilities. Conference Center (800 people). The top floor is an empty recreation garden. The project provides a total of 865 underground spaces.
