随着科学技术以及网络技术的不断发展,给业界带来了很多方便。其中人事档案管理作为高校一项特色管理业务,对高校的管理方向有重要意义。在大数据时代背景下,加强人事档案管理有利于高校的发展。因此,高校对人事档案有了更高的管理要求。本文通过对大数据时代高校人事档案管理面临的挑战进行了分析,并提出一定的应对措施,为高校建立完善的人事档案管理平台提供了一定的借鉴。
With the continuous development of science and technology and network technology, it has brought a lot of convenience to the industry. Personnel file management as a characteristic management of colleges and universities business, the management of colleges and universities have important significance. Under the background of big data era, strengthening the management of personnel files is beneficial to the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities have higher requirements for personnel files. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by personnel archives management in universities in the era of big data and puts forward some countermeasures to provide some reference for the establishment of a sound personnel archives management platform in colleges and universities.
