一、前言用微电子技术改造机械设备是当前世界新技术发展的潮流,是用新兴技术改造传统工业的主攻方向。实践证明,这项工作不仅仅使普通车床具备了经济适用的优点,而更重要的是提高了生产效率、加工精度和产品质量减轻了工人劳动强度。二、C620—1M 老机床的改造方案1.采用步进电机驱动系统,JWK—5AL型机床微机控制装置。目前用步进电机驱动系统的车床微机控制装置有多种型式,如JWK,MNC—80C—2型,WKC—1型等。我们选用的 JWK—5AL 型车床微机控制装
