以人为本,这是现代管理科学的一个重要原则。所谓以人为本,就是尊重人,关心人,了解、满足人的正当愿望,加强人际沟通,融洽管理者和被管理者的关系,从而提高管理的效益。在学校教育中,要完成教书育人的任务,必须依靠人干出来。因此学校管理的核心和关键是对人的管理。只有和谐人际关系,调动人的积极性,才能办好学校。那么,如何才能有效组织与协调学校内的人的因素,优化对人的管理,保证学校各类人员充分发挥最佳作用,办出高质量的学校?根据多年的实践和探索,我认为关键在于以下五条:
