太平尖茶以香高、味纯、汤清、色绿、入口甘甜历来深受国内外消费者的青睐。在长江中下游地区和山东市场畅销不衰。其中,太平猴魁、太平奎尖曾多次荣获国际和国内、部、省级的金、银质奖。因此,长期以来,尖茶经营处于供不应求的状况,在指导思想上一贯侧重于重经营轻生产、重效益轻质量、致使太平尖茶的产量下降,质量不够标准。目前,国内茶叶市场销售疲软,尖茶的经营也面临着危机,为确保尖茶质量,巩固尖茶的市场地位,应在生产上抓好以下三个问题。
