目的通过2012年对34~64岁已婚妇女进行宫颈癌为重点的妇女病筛查工作,了解柳城34~64岁妇女妇女常见病发生情况,分析发病因素,掌握发病原因,提高宫颈癌早诊早治率,降低死亡率。方法对12 500例用统一的宫颈癌检查个案登记表,进行基本情况及病史的询问填写,常规妇女检查,白带常规检查,宫颈脱落细菌TCT检查,发现异常行阴道镜,宫颈取活检“三阶梯”检查。结果宫颈癌11例,检出率为88/10万,其他妇科疾病总人数4 177人,检出率为33.42%,其中宫颈炎16.61%、阴道炎11.59%、子宫肌瘤3.78%。结论柳城县35~64岁已婚妇女常见病以宫颈炎为主,阴道炎次之,子宫肌瘤第三,必须加强妇女保健知识宣传力度,增强妇女健意识,坚持定期进行妇女病普查普治工作,提高妇女生活质量。
