目的探讨DR胸部摄影与HKV之间的相关性,为尘肺病诊断的应用提供科学依据。方法回顾分析本所受理尘肺病诊断的88例尘肺病例临床资料,对其同时实施DR与HKV摄片,将尘肺病诊断资深专家6人分成甲乙两组,对两种摄片结果进行尘肺病符合率判定。结果 88套两种摄片方式显示:小阴影形态、总体密集度及尘肺期别符合率,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间总体密集度及尘肺期别差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为甲组在标准把握上较乙组严。结论数字化摄影具有图像分辨率高,速度快,存取方便,同时病人受照射剂量更小,用于尘肺病诊断是可行的,为减少读片差异,建议读片前统一读片松紧尺度。
Objective To investigate the correlation between DR chest radiography and HKV and provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods The clinical data of 88 cases of pneumoconiosis diagnosed by pneumoconiosis were retrospectively analyzed. Six of them were divided into two groups according to DR and HKV radiographs, and the two pneumoconiosis results were classified as pneumoconiosis Rate judgment. To reduce the difference between reading films, it is recommended to read the unified film before compression.
