为提高飞机铆接工艺试验的预见性,建立飞机薄壁构件铆接干涉配合的数值模拟模型。该模型应用有限元软件ANSYS LS-DYNA,数值模拟单个铆钉在铆接干涉配合中的动态过程,分析在不同外伸量的工艺参数下与所形成的干涉量的关系以及相对应的铆接疲劳寿命。仿真结果表明:在满足相同的墩头尺寸和外观要求下,外伸量为1.1D~1.2D之间时铆接的干涉量均匀分布且铆接的质量最高,疲劳寿命增益最大。
In order to improve the predictability of the aircraft riveting process test, a numerical simulation model of the interference fit of the thin-walled aircraft parts was established. The finite element software ANSYS LS-DYNA is used to simulate the dynamic process of a single rivet in the riveting interference fit. The relationship between the interference and the riveting fatigue life under the condition of different overhanging parameters is analyzed. The simulation results show that the riveting interference is evenly distributed and the riveting quality is the highest when the extension is between 1.1D and 1.2D, and the maximum fatigue life gain is obtained under the requirement of the same heading size and appearance.
