为了提高数控机床故障诊断的速度和缩短维修的时间,提出一种基于PLC和自诊断技术的数控机床故障诊断方法。介绍数控机床自诊断技术,论述PLC在数控系统中的作用,指出内置式PLC的特点,总结基于PLC和自诊断技术的数控机床故障诊断方法的一般步骤和原则,并结合在实际生产中碰到的故障诊断与维修实例,利用该方法实现对急停报警类故障和自动换刀类故障的快速诊断与故障维修。
In order to improve the speed of NC machine tool fault diagnosis and shorten the time of maintenance, a fault diagnosis method of CNC machine tool based on PLC and self-diagnosis technology is proposed. This paper introduces the self-diagnosis technology of CNC machine tool, discusses the function of PLC in CNC system, points out the characteristics of built-in PLC, summarizes the general steps and principles of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis method based on PLC and self-diagnosis technology, Of the fault diagnosis and repair examples, the use of the method to achieve emergency stop alarm and automatic tool change fault diagnosis and fault repair fast.
