ST棱光成功重组并恢复上市,只是公司发展的第一步,其国有大股东建材集团很可能将通过这个平台逐步实现整体上市的战略目标。建材集团也已表示,今后将会把更多的优质资产注入*ST棱光。目前建材集团已将新材料和新能源、以建材为主题的创意产业和为其配套的生产性服务业,以及玻璃、水泥等现有的业务板块作为集团重点发展和培育的核心产业。而建材集团将大力发展的以建材为主题的创意产业及为其配套的生产性服务业,也将会在适当时机纳入*ST棱光。
