通过硬度测定及金相检验,确认,汽车后桥半轴产生疲劳断裂的原因系热处理不当,使半轴的组织中出现较多的铁素体,造成硬度和强度的不足而引起的.
Through the hardness measurement and metallographic examination, it is confirmed that the cause of the fatigue fracture of the semi-axle of the rear axle of the automobile is improperly heat-treated, causing more ferrite in the semi-shaft structure, resulting in insufficient hardness and strength.
