一、前言柴油机是由多种机械部件组成。内燃机车故障中柴油机故障的比重很大,为此要求在不解体的状态下,早期发现故障。柴油机的机械故障,多发生在配气机构、曲轴部分、气缸套等部位。现着重在运行区段发生故障最多的配气机构,从观察其振动波形等状况,做内部诊断方法的试验。这样可诊断出因阀间隙过大、阀跳动而产生的异常现象,气缸内部失火等故障。
