海洋石油平台天然气压缩机脉动消减技术研究

天然气压缩机是海上油气平台非常重要的机械设备,它的稳定运行对于海洋油气平台的稳定生产、运营起到关键作用。特别是对于以自生气为主要动力源的透平发电机平台来说,天然气压缩机的关键地位更加凸显。天然气压缩机在对天然气的压缩过程中,其内部压力较大,危险级别较高,一旦出现事故,将会发生爆炸等恶性事故,酿成无法挽回的后果。天然气压缩机中,气流脉动容易引起管道振动,导致管道结构和附件遭受破坏,因此做好消减振动工作很有必要。本文先对气流脉动和管道振动进行了分析,提出了如何对天然气压缩机气流振动进行消减的措施,希望具有借鉴意义。 Natural gas compressor is a very important mechanical equipment for offshore oil and gas platforms. Its stable operation plays a key role in the stable production and operation of offshore oil and gas platforms. In particular, the key role of natural gas compressors is even more pronounced for turbogenerator platforms where self-generated gas is the main source of power. Natural gas compressors in the process of natural gas compression, the internal pressure greater risk level higher, in the event of an accident, there will be explosion and other serious accidents, resulting in irreversible consequences. Natural gas compressor, the air flow easily lead to pipe vibration, resulting in damage to the pipe structure and accessories, so good vibration reduction work is necessary. In this paper, the air flow pulsation and the pipeline vibration are analyzed firstly, and the measures to reduce the air flow vibration of the natural gas compressor are put forward.
