连贯型挤压工艺作为当代高科技的工件加工技术已被广泛运用到稀土金属加工领域当中,对于铜质合金材料的连惯型挤压操作程序、挤压操作过程工艺指标选取、模具工件整体构架、模具结构选取和模具原料选取等项内容展开分析,且就Cu Mg0.3型合金工料实施了连贯型挤压操作实验,成功地进行挤压操作并挤压出完整的铜排工件。铜排工件的完整挤压操作过程及其作业结果充分说明此连惯型挤压工艺处置程序、挤压技术指标确定、模具工件结构设计和模具工料选取等内容是恰当的,笔者就此展开研究以供同行借鉴。
