肺炎性假瘤是某些非特异性炎症引起的肺内肿瘤样病变。近年来报道有增多的趋势。临床表现和X线征象又常与肺癌、肺结核球及其它良性肿瘤相混淆,当以病理作为确诊依据。本文旨在通过18例报告及文献复习,探索其一般规律。临床资料一、一般资料性别、年龄男性13例;女性5例。
Pneumonic pseudotumor is a tumor-like lesion in the lung caused by some non-specific inflammation. In recent years there has been an increase in reports. Clinical manifestations and X-ray signs are often confused with lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis and other benign tumors, and pathological diagnosis is used as a basis for diagnosis.
