扑尔敏的测定,目前国内外药品质量标准多采用非水滴定法。鉴于现在非水滴定法存在的问题,作者根据有关文献介绍的pH指示剂吸收度比值法,对扑尔敏的测定进行了探讨。实验部分一、仪器与试剂VU-200型分光光度计冰醋酸、高氯酸、乙醇钠为分析纯:邻苯二甲酸氢钾(基准物质);1%结晶紫指示液:1%酚酞指示液;0.1%茜素黄R指示液;0.1mol/1氢氧化钠标准液。二、实验条件的测试1.指示剂的选择:根据本法要求,指示剂的pK_值应接近等当点时溶液的pH值。为此选用具有双色的茜素黄R(pK_=10.80)
Chlorpheniramine determination, the current domestic and international drug quality standards and more non-water titration method.
