为了保证离退休劳模老有所养,省政府决定,从2001年1月起对我省省部级以上离退休劳模实行荣誉津贴。为贯彻落实这一决定,2001年4月,省总工会、省人事厅、省劳动和社会保障厅、省财政厅联合下发了《关于贯彻落实省人民政府对省部级以上离退休劳动模范实行荣誉津贴的决定的通知》(鄂工发[2001]10号文件),对基层劳模待遇落实进行了规范。有关内容如下:一、享受荣誉津贴的条件和范围(一)条件:已经离退休并保持荣誉称号的省部级以上劳动模范(先进工作者)。(二)范围:
