目的 探讨思维导图在低年资护理人员中医护理方案培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2019年9月至2020年3月低年资在职在岗护理人员共66名,运用抽签法分为观察组和对照组各33名,对其进行中医护理方案培训,对照组按传统方法培训,观察组运用思维导图进行培训,对比两组考试成绩和培训效果.结果 干预后观察组护理人员理论考核成绩和对教学效果评价显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运用思维导图培训中医护理方案能提高低年资护理人员学习时的专注度和学习效率,培养发散性和创新性思维,有利于中医护理方案
