仅有初中学历的上海市嘉定二中的钱梦龙老师,之所以能够成为具有很强的业务能力和丰富教学经验的特级教师,是与他本人几十年来刻苦的自学分不开的。八○年第九期《语文学习》以《学海无涯有渡舟》为题,刊登了钱老师谈自学的文章,他认为,自学就是为了做好两件事:一是给自已缸里加“水”(增加语文知识的储备);一是想办法提高自己“半缸水”的利用率(进行教学方法的研究)。一、关于语文知识的学习。钱老师认为,中学语文教师应该成为“杂家”,就是要掌握广博的知识。语文教师的知识结构不怕“杂”,就怕“窄”。“窄”的结果必然是孤陋寡闻,教学上就不可能有活跃的思维和
