目前在我国的中职教育的教学管理模式中的,在很大的程度上仍是一种传统的教师专制模式。而这种课堂管理模式与当前中等职业教育中所倡导的民主式管理的方式大相径庭,并带来了许多负面的效应影响。本文就教师的自控能力对课堂的影响进行具体的分析。
At present, the teaching management mode of secondary vocational education in our country is still to a large extent a traditional model of authoritarianism. However, this mode of classroom management is very different from the democratic management advocated in the current secondary vocational education and brings many negative effects. This article analyzes the influence of teachers’ self-control ability on the classroom.
