本文分别对围产期正常和窒息新生儿进行末梢血乳酸脱氢酶同功酶（ＬＤＨｉ）活性测定。窒息组ＬＤＨ１～３下降，ＬＤＨ５／ＬＤＨ５／ＬＤＨ１比值升高明显，其改变程度与新生儿窒息程度成正比。ＬＤＨｉ活性测定可作为新生儿窒息诊断和预后评估的重要检测指标之一。结合心电图（ＥＣＧ）检查可见：ＬＤＨｉ活性改变，ＥＣＧ明显异常者显著高于ＥＣＧ正常者，提示ＥＣＧ检查有助于心肌缺氧、损害等疾病的早期诊断。
In this paper, peripheral blood lactate dehydrogenase isozyme (LDHi) activity was measured in normal and asphyxiated neonates respectively. Asphyxia group LDH1 ~ 3 decreased, LDH5 / LDH5 / LDH1 ratio increased significantly, the degree of change is proportional to the degree of neonatal asphyxia. LDHi activity determination can be used as an important indicator of neonatal asphyxia diagnosis and prognosis evaluation. Combined with electrocardiogram (ECG) examination shows: LDHi activity changes significantly abnormal ECG were significantly higher than normal ECG, suggesting that ECG examination of myocardial hypoxia, damage and other diseases early diagnosis.
