1988年初,我们对少数民族地区东兰、都安(瑶族自治县)、靖西及那坡四个县卫生人员进行一般情况的初步调查,以便了解贫困地区卫生人员的分布与需求情况,为医学教育改革和如何尽快地培养为少数民族地区服务的医生略陈管见。调查方法是以座谈会和个别交谈为主,调查了卫生局、县镇医院、防疫站、妇幼保健站的领导和各有关医护人员及卫生局主管人事的同志共60多人。现将调查结果报告如下: At the beginning of 1988, we conducted preliminary investigations of general health personnel in the four counties of Donglan, Du’an (Yao Autonomous County) and Jingxi and Napo in minority areas to understand the distribution and demand of health personnel in impoverished areas for medical education.
