目的初步探讨剖宫产对新生儿早期神经行为的影响。方法随机选择正常足月新生儿80例,根据生产方式分为剖宫产组及自然分娩组,采用新生儿神经行为检查方法(NBNA),于新生儿出生后1周内进行检测。结果剖宫产组的NBNA总评分明显低于自然分娩组,其行为能力和主动肌张力均受到影响(P<0.01)。结论剖宫产儿早期的神经行为能力受到影响,应尽量避免非医学指征的剖宫产,鼓励孕妇自然分娩;剖宫产儿的养育过程中更应注重平衡能力、本体感及触觉方面的训练。
Objective To investigate the effect of cesarean section on early neonatal neurological behavior. Methods 80 normal newborn infants were randomly selected. According to the mode of production, they were divided into cesarean section group and spontaneous delivery group. Neonatal neurobehavioral test (NBNA) was used to detect newborns within 1 week after birth. Results The total score of NBNA in caesarean section group was significantly lower than that in spontaneous delivery group, and its behavioral and active muscle tone were affected (P <0.01). Conclusion Cesarean section was affected by early neurobehavioral abilities. Cesarean section should be avoided as far as possible in order to encourage spontaneous delivery of pregnant women. In the process of raising cesarean section, balance should be paid more attention to ontological and tactile aspects training.
