目前国内一批自动化水平较高的输油气站场大多都采用SCADA系统对设备进行状态检测,随着相关技术的不断发展成熟,越来越多的业者尝试对SCADA系统采集的数据进行深度分析处理,以实现故障的分析诊断。本文首先结合中国石油西部管道塔里木输油气分公司库尔勒原油站2台梯森鲁尔输油泵运行特点进行分析,然后结合其SCADA系统的应用实际,提出了在原有状态检测的基础上,通过上位机对采集的现场数据分析处理,并对应常见故障、表现、机理,以及可能的成因,进行设备故障的诊断,实现设备故障早诊断、早发现、早解决,符合当今设备管理中预防性维护的理念,为企业创造良好经济效益,具有重要意义。
