几年来,在局党委的正确领导下,我院党委注重加强对青年工作的领导,引导院团组织紧紧围绕医疗卫生事业改革和发展这个中心,深入扎实地开展有特色的青年工作,有效地推动了医院各项工作的发展。 1 提高认识,加强领导,将青年工作纳入党委工作的重要议事日程 我院现有职工917人,其中35岁以下的青年412人,占职工总数的45％,青年党员48人,团员240人。随着职工队伍结构的不断变化和医疗工作需要,已有90％以上的青年医护人员工作在医疗第一线,成为医院建设的生力军。但是,由于种种因素的影响,使一部分青年的人生价值观念产生了不平衡性和多元性。如何进一步强化青年的思想教育,充分调动和发挥广大青年
