我国经济持续发展的同时,城市化脚步也逐渐加快,各地房产商大肆开发,对埋在地底的古文化遗址造成了不可挽回的破坏。由此产生了城市建设与文物保护之间的尖锐矛盾。而我国《文物保护法》中的规定也被无视。而如何顺利解决城市建设与文物保护的矛盾问题被摆上了桌面,成为了急需解决的问题。而如果不能够顺利解决,不仅会对不可再生的文物造成破坏,另一方面还会阻碍城市化进程。本文从我国城市建设与文物保护的矛盾现状,探讨了解决这个矛盾的几个方法,希望能尽早解决这个阻碍社会发展的老大难问题。
While China’s economy continues to develop, the pace of urbanization has also gradually accelerated. Real estate developers in various places have been vigorously exploiting, causing irreparable damage to ancient cultural sites buried in the ground. The resulting sharp contradiction between urban construction and cultural relics protection. The provisions in our “Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics” have also been disregarded. And how to successfully solve the contradiction between urban construction and cultural relics protection has been put on the desktop and become an urgent problem to be solved. If not successfully solved, it will not only destroy non-regenerative artifacts, but will also hinder the process of urbanization. Based on the contradiction between urban construction and cultural relic protection in our country, this article explores several ways to solve this contradiction, hoping to solve this long-standing problem that hinder social development as soon as possible.
