本研究采用固硫灰原灰、5μm和10μm超细固硫灰替代部分水泥制备了容重为400kg/m~3的泡沫混凝土,结果表明,添加固硫灰原灰和超细固硫灰,会降低试样实际成型厚度和强度;但添加10μm超细固硫灰后,对试样实际成型厚度影响相对较小,当添加量达20%时,强度优于空白试样。添加固硫灰原灰会显著提高试样吸水率,而添加不超过20%的5μm超细固硫灰或添加不超过30%的10μm超细固硫灰时,可显著降低试样的吸水率。本试验发现,采用10μm超细固硫灰替代水泥可制备出性能优异的泡沫混凝土,且当其添加量达20%时,试样的性能最优,且经济性最优。
In this study, foam concrete with a bulk density of 400kg / m ~ 3 was prepared by replacing the part of the cement with sulfur-bearing ash, 5μm and 10μm ultra-fine sulfur-fixing ash. The results show that the addition of sulfur- The actual thickness and strength of the sample were reduced. However, the addition of 10μm ultra-fine sulfur-fixing dust had a relatively small influence on the actual thickness of the sample. The test found that the use of ultra-fine 10μm sulfur cement instead of cement can be prepared excellent performance of the foam concrete, and when the amount of 20%, the sample performance is optimal, and the economy is the best.
