目的 为探索泰兴市上消化道癌发生的有关社会因素。方法 选择 5 91例食管癌、36 0例肝癌和 430例胃癌新发病例按年龄、性别和居住地进行以人群为基础 1∶1配对的病例对照研究。结果 多因素logistic回归分析显示 ,泰兴市上消化道癌共同的社会危险因素是饮酒和性格忧郁。此外结果还发现胃癌危险性的增加与精神压抑、吃新鲜蔬菜和水果少有关 ;三餐不按时可增加患肝癌的危险性 ,食管癌的危险因素是精神压抑、进食速度快、三餐不按时以及口味嗜咸和喜吃烫食 ,而良好的人际关系则有益降低发生食管癌的危险。结论 在当地针对上述社会因素进行干预预防十分必要
Objective To explore the social factors related to the occurrence of upper gastrointestinal cancer in Taixing City.
