脉炎消注射液是我们研制的中药复方针剂，具有清热解毒、活血化淤功效。临床主要用于治疗多发性大动脉炎的急、慢性炎症期病人，效果优于同类药品，其显效率为８７．１８％。本文对其抗凝作用研究结果表明，脉炎消注射液能明显抑制血小板聚集率，对凝血酶时间、血浆复钙时间均有极强的延长作用，明显优于对照组（丹参注射液），并能极明显降低纤维蛋白原量。
