选取2013年4月~2015年3月来我院就诊的DPN患者65例作为研究对象,随机划分为治疗组(35例,常规治疗+HBO+小牛血去蛋白提取物)和对照组(30例,常规治疗+HBO)。结果:治疗组治疗显效、有效例数分别为19例、14例,明显高于对照组12例、10例;治疗组总有效率为94.29%、对照组总有效率为73.33%,两组对比具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组腓肠、正中、尺神经三者的SNCV与对照组相比传导速度都有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:利用小牛血去蛋白提取物辅助高压氧能够明显增强治疗2型DPN的疗效,值得临床推广和应用。
A total of 65 DPN patients from our hospital from April 2013 to March 2015 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases, routine treatment + HBO + bovine serum albumin extract) and control group (30 cases , Conventional treatment + HBO). Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 19 cases, 14 cases were significantly higher than the control group, 12 cases, 10 cases; the total effective rate was 94.29% in the treatment group, the control group, the total effective rate was 73.33% (P <0.05). After treatment, the SNCV of the sural calf, middle and ulnar nerves of the treated group were significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of deproteinized calf blood extract supplemented hyperbaric oxygen can significantly enhance the efficacy of treatment of type 2 DPN, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
