阵发性舞蹈手足徐动症是一种较罕见的发作性手足徐动的自限性疾病,多发于青春期,与运动性癫痫有区别。国内仅报告34例,我院发现3例,兹将情况介绍于下。例1,男性,20岁。自14岁开始突发右下肢绷紧感,踝关节伸直及足内翻,继之右上肢外展,伴躯干扭曲,头歪向一侧,双眼发呆,咧嘴,言语不清。每次持续20s。发作时无意识丧失或二便失禁。发作后能详细回忆发病全程。发病早期每3～5天发作一次,最近每日达百余次,每遇心情紧张、突然活动都会诱发。家族中无类似疾病及癫痫史。查体未发现神经系统阳性体征,脑电图描记正常(一次在描记中发作亦未检出异常波型)。服大仑丁0.13/d,无发作,停药2天发作。例2,男性,20岁。症状如例1。家族中大姐于14岁起患类似疾病,其父及二叔曾有癫痫发作史。检查无神经系统体征。血钙、铜正常。脑电图正常。给予痛痉宁0.1,3/d.2天后即不发作。每服一天药可控制3～4天不发作。

The eldest sister in the family had a similar disease at age 14 and had a history of seizures in his father and uncle. Check no signs of nervous system. Blood calcium, copper normal. EEG normal. Give pain Xue Ning 0.1,3 / d does not attack after 2 days. Each day of medicine can be controlled 3 to 4 days without attack.
