从太原市白蜡树上采集的自然染病死亡的桑白盾蚧Pseudaulacaspis pentagona虫尸上分离获得一株病原真菌,菌株号为TYL001。经过形态观察和分子鉴定,该菌株为Simplicillium lanosoniveum。用该菌株5种浓度的孢子悬浮液(1.0×10~6孢子/m L、5.0×10~6孢子/m L、1.0×10~7孢子/m L、5.0×10~7孢子/m L、1.0×10~8孢子/m L)感染桑白盾蚧雌成虫,感染6d后,孢子悬浮液对桑白盾蚧的感染率分别为80.00%、83.33%、86.67%、90.00%、93.33%,说明该菌株对桑白盾蚧具有较强的感染力,且有浓度效应;感染症状出现的高峰期在72–120h之间,且孢子浓度越大,感染症状出现的越早;5种孢子浓度的感染中时IT50依次为106.95h、97.00h、91.46h、87.73h、79.38h,说明感染致病所用时间也具有浓度效应。本研究为生物防治桑白盾蚧提供了新菌种。
A pathogenic fungus was isolated from Pseudaulacaspis pentagona which died from natural infection and was collected from the ash tree in Taiyuan. The strain number was TYL001. After morphological observation and molecular identification, the strain was Simplicillium lanosoniveum. Five spore suspensions (1.0 × 10-6 spores / ml, 5.0 × 10-6 spores / ml, 1.0 × 10-7 spores / ml, 5.0 × 10-7 spores / ml , 1.0 × 10 ~ 8 spores / m L). After 6 days of infection, the infection rates of spore suspension to Sanguineae were respectively 80.00%, 83.33%, 86.67%, 90.00% and 93.33% , Indicating that the strain of Sanguinea sinensis has a strong infectivity, and the concentration effect; peak symptoms of infection occurred between 72-120h, and the greater the spore concentration, infection symptoms appear earlier; five kinds of spores When the concentration of infection IT50 were 106.95h, 97.00h, 91.46h, 87.73h, 79.38h, indicating that the duration of infection also has a concentration effect. This study provides a new strain for the biological control of Sambucus nigra.
