目的通过测定酒后呼出气体酒精浓度的动态变化,为制定酒后作业的安全措施提供依据。方法选择9名男性志愿者定时定量饮用52%(体积分数)白酒,选取14个时间点,动态测量饮酒后呼出气体中的酒精浓度(BrAC),并转换为血液酒精浓度(BAC)。结果饮酒100 ml后2 h,有8人BAC超过检测限值(8 mg/100 ml)。饮酒200 ml后5 h,有8人BAC超过酒驾限值(20 mg/100 ml)。结论从事高危作业人群,工作日的中午休息时间不宜饮酒。若晚上饮用超过200 ml白酒,第2天上午不宜从事高危作业。
Objective To determine the dynamic change of alcohol concentration in exhaled breath of alcohol to provide the basis for the safety measures of drinking operation. Methods Nine male volunteers regularly consumed 52% (volume fraction) of white spirit and 14 time points. The concentration of BrAC in the exhaled gas was measured dynamically and converted to blood alcohol concentration (BAC). Results Eight BACs exceeded the limit of detection (8 mg / 100 ml) 2 h after 100 ml alcohol consumption. Five hours after drinking 200 ml of BAC, 8 people exceeded the drunk driving limit (20 mg / 100 ml). Conclusions Engaged in high-risk work crowd, working day should not be drunk at noon. If you drink more than 200 ml of white wine at night, the morning of the second day should not be engaged in high-risk operations.
