随着社会的发展和教育改革的需求,幼儿园对教师提出了越来越高的要求,随之也让教师产生了空前的职业倦怠和职业压力。由于幼儿园成立时间较短、教师队伍年青、教学经验缺乏,而家长对教育要求又很高。为此,教师的倦怠情绪和职业压力也日趋严重,这既制约了教师的专业发展,也束缚了整个幼儿园的发展。经过不断实践和教师自身的努力,教师在工作岗位上得到了真正的学习和锻炼,逐步树立了共同的教育价值观和教学策略观,对幼教领域不再感到茫然,有了教育即快乐的感觉
