[目的]掌握闽南地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染流行病学数据,为宫颈癌的防治和疫苗的研发提供理论依据。[方法]运用快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对4911例女性宫颈标本进行21种HPV基因亚型分型。[结果]在4911例标本中共筛查出660例阳性,HPV感染率为13.44%,其中高危HPV亚型感染率为12.91%。[结论]闽南地区女性HPV感染亚型及年龄分布呈独有的特征,具有明显的区域性。
[Objective] To master the epidemiological data of female human papilloma virus infection in southern Fujian and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and vaccine development. [Method] 21 kinds of HPV genotypes were subdivided into 4911 cases of female cervical specimens by rapid flow-through hybridization gene chip technique. [Results] A total of 660 samples were positive in 4911 samples, the HPV infection rate was 13.44%. The infection rate of high-risk HPV subtypes was 12.91%. [Conclusion] The female subtype and age distribution of HPV in Minnan area are unique and have obvious regional characteristics.
