现将我院经手术及病理证实的1例侧脑室巨大脑膜瘤报告如下。病例报告患者马某,女性,25岁,赤脚医生。4年前感左侧肢体麻木、无力,近4个月阵发性头痛,头痛重时伴有恶心、呕吐。于1984年7月18日入院。检查:体温36.6℃,血压115/85mmHg,脉搏72次/分,呼吸19次/分,意识清楚。双眼球突出,双侧视乳头边界不清,眼底静脉怒张、双侧上下肢肌力Ⅳ°,左半身浅感觉减退。CT脑扫描:右侧顶、颞、枕见有12×10×10cm~3高密度区,边缘清楚,同侧
Now in our hospital by surgery and pathology confirmed in 1 case of lateral ventricular giant meningioma report as follows. Case report patient Ma, female, 25 years old, barefoot doctor. 4 years ago left limb numbness, weakness, paroxysmal headache for nearly 4 months, headache with severe nausea and vomiting. Admitted to hospital on July 18, 1984. Check: body temperature 36.6 ℃, blood pressure 115 / 85mmHg, pulse 72 beats / min, breathing 19 beats / min, a clear awareness. Eyes prominent, bilateral optic disc boundaries unclear, fundic vein engorgement, bilateral upper and lower limb muscle strength Ⅳ °, the left half of the light feeling diminished. CT brain scan: the right top, temporal, occipital see 12 × 10 × 10cm ~ 3 high-density area, clear edge, the same side
