为现代化建设培养大批高素质实用型应用人才是我国高等职业教育的基础目的。高等职业学校需要把工科与学习相结合使其成为高等职业教育人才教学模式改革的重要的切入点,实现教育与企业和社会需求的紧密结合。为“一带一路”战略贡献力量。“校中厂,厂中校”办学方法是加深学校和企业合作的一种创新方式,能促使社会、学校、企业和学生的四方共赢。本文以辽宁机电职业技术学院“校中厂,厂中校”办学方法实际应用为例,从其形成背景、运行实际应用、出现问题和采取的解决措施等四方面进行陈述,为其他高等职业教育学校提供教研经验。
