采用荧光显微镜、荧光分光光度计和多功能光特性检测系统,研究了花生仁品质的荧光特性和光反射特性,得到用以区分低品质花生仁的反射光谱特征波长。为了提高花生仁的总体品质,研制了利用分叉光纤作为检测和导光元件,以及由微机控制的光特性分选试验机,并对花生仁进行了分选试验
Fluorescence microscopy, fluorescence spectrophotometer and multi-functional light property detection system were used to study the fluorescence characteristics and light reflection properties of peanut kernel quality, and the characteristic wavelengths of reflectance spectra were obtained to distinguish low quality peanut kernels. In order to improve the overall quality of peanut kernels, a bifurcated optical fiber was developed as a detection and light-guide element, and a microcomputer-controlled light characterization testing machine was also developed.
