目的:探讨老年人口腔修复的临床治疗特点和效果。方法:将我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的50例口腔科的老年患者进行分析,患者在治疗中都进行了全面的检查,并且对老年患者进行有针对性的护理。结果:50例患者治疗前后都能按照医生的指示进行操作,在医生的指导下,患者都能对义齿进行保养,并且合理的佩戴义齿,义齿保养的合格率高达100%。结论:在对老年患者进行口腔修复的过程中,要兼顾到老年人的身体状况,在完成修复后,要对老年人进行相关的口腔教育,使他们提高口腔的自我保健,确保老年人在口腔修复中获得良好的效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and effects of oral rehabilitation in the elderly. Methods: 50 elderly patients with stomatology admitted from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. All the patients underwent a comprehensive examination during treatment and targeted care was given to elderly patients. Results: Before and after treatment, all 50 patients could follow the doctor ’s instructions. Under the guidance of a doctor, the patients could maintain the denture and wear dentures reasonably. The qualified rate of denture maintenance was as high as 100%.
