中共北方局整风的高潮是在1943年,但从毛泽东1941年5月发表《改造我们的学习》之日起,我们关于整风的学习就开始了。那时,我在北方局青委工作,主要的任务是办青年干部训练班,训练县青委书记以上的青年干部。杨献珍当时是北方局的秘书长,同时又担任北方局党校的教务长,实际上党校的工作都由他负责。北方局党校和青训班驻在一起。我和献珍关系很好,他认为我不但政治上可靠,而且能干,不像他那样书呆子气(杨献珍自己这样说)。他把北方局秘书处和党校的一些事情都委托我办理。因此,这个时期,中共关于整风的函电,我全都看过。
