本研究通过研究情感管理的“关心”、“理解”、“尊重”3个维度对工作满意度的影响,以及经工作满意度的中介作用对员工离职意向、总体情感指数的影响,分析情感管理因素对旅游企业的作用。研究发现,情感管理的3个维度对工作满意度、员工总体情感指数均具有较强的正向预测作用。“尊重”对员工离职意向有显著的负向预测作用,而“理解”和“关心”对员工离职意向的负向预测作用不强。
This study investigates the effect of job satisfaction on the three dimensions of emotional management, the “care”, the “understanding”, and the “respect”, as well as the employee’s intention to leave the job through the intermediary role of job satisfaction.
