本文分析了54例陈旧性心肌梗塞病人24小时动态心电图:复杂性室性早搏(≥LownⅡ级)发生率68.51％;室性心动过速的检出率18.5％;有心肌缺血表现者77.77％。结果均明显高于有冠心病而无心肌梗塞病史的对照组。2组中无1例阵发性室性心动过速为RonT型室性早搏所诱发;90％以上心电图显示心肌缺血改变不伴有心绞痛。
This article analyzes the 54 patients with old myocardial infarction 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram: complex ventricular premature beats (≥Lown Ⅱ grade) incidence of 68.51%; ventricular tachycardia was detected in 18.5%; myocardial ischemia were 77.77% . Results were significantly higher than those with coronary heart disease without history of myocardial infarction. None of the 2 patients had paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia induced by premature ventricular contractions of RonT type; more than 90% of the electrocardiogram showed myocardial ischemia without angina pectoris.
