丁二酰亚胺型无灰添加剂是新近发现的润滑油最佳清净分散添加剂之一,其合成过程中的一个步骤是由低聚异丁烯与马来酸酐经热加合反应制得热加合物。本文简要报导热加合物中游离马来酸酐的薄层色谱检出法和比色测定法的初步研究结果。一、薄层色谱检出法有文献报导用紫外荧光显色薄层色谱法测热加合物中游离马来酸醉。这个方法在我们实验室中未能重复。但我们采用下述操作条件,却能顺利地鉴定马来酸酐,检出限度为4微克。薄层板:用色谱专用碱性氧化铝(粒度100—200目)作固定相,干法铺于5×20厘米玻璃板上,厚度约1毫米。
The succinimide-type ashless additive is one of the newly discovered best lubricating and dispersing additives for lubricating oils. One of the steps in the synthesis of the succinimide-type ashless additive is thermal adduct reaction of oligomeric isobutylene with maleic anhydride . This article briefly reports the results of thin-layer chromatography and colorimetric determination of free maleic anhydride in thermal adducts. First, the thin-layer chromatography detection method has been reported in the literature using UV fluorescence colorimetric TLC detection of thermal adducts in the free maleate. This method was not repeated in our laboratory. However, we used the following operating conditions to successfully identify maleic anhydride with a limit of detection of 4 μg. TLC plate: The chromatographic special alkaline alumina (100-200 mesh size) as the stationary phase, dry laid on a 5 × 20 cm glass plate, a thickness of about 1 mm.
