用5个籼型不育系与5个偏粳型恢复系,25个双列杂交组合。测定了经济产量的配合力,研究了10个数量性状的相关遗传参料,分析和比较了各性状的广义、狭义、现实遗传力及相关遗传力,并估算了各性状对单株产量的相关遗传变异贡献率及其间接选择的相对效率,同时进行了主成分分析。结果表明:(1)籼粳杂交组合的特殊配合力效应与亲本一般配合力效应的趋势不完全一致;(2)杂交F1代的大部分性状的狭义、现实遗传力较高,稳定性较好,但性状间的相关关系又比较复杂,因而在育种中要注意性状的单一和整体的关系;(3)千粒重、株高、稻粒比重、着粒密度对杂交F1代产量的构成和影响起着重要的作用。
Five indica CMS lines, five japonica japonica restorer lines and 25 double crosses were used.
