用粉末冶金方法生产、随后进行高温旋锻的Mo-5%W合金,其亚晶界存在着非常细的显微孔穴。实验表明:这些显微孔穴对小旋锻量的试样容易引起蠕变断裂,但对断面减缩率大于50%的试样则不会发生蠕变断裂。
The Mo-5% W alloy produced by powder metallurgy followed by high temperature swaging has very fine pores in the subgrain boundaries. Experiments show that these micro-cavities easily cause creep rupture for small swirl samples, but no creep rupture occurs for the samples with the reduction of area greater than 50%.
