转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一类可由多种细胞分泌的多功能调节肽,广泛参与调节细胞的生长分化、组织修复、免疫反应等。研究发现,TGF-β是与子宫肌瘤关系非常密切的一类生长因子,以自分泌和旁分泌的方式在组织局部发挥作用。通过调节细胞的增殖分化、影响子宫平滑肌的基因表达、促进子宫肌瘤细胞外基质的合成及调节芳香化酶的活性等参与子宫肌瘤的发病。深入研究TGF-β在子宫肌瘤发病中的作用,对寻找生物治疗的靶点具有重要的临床意义。就TGF-β在子宫肌瘤发病中的作用综述。
Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) is a class of multifunctional regulatory peptides that can be secreted by a variety of cells and is widely involved in the regulation of cell growth and differentiation, tissue repair, and immune responses. Study found that, TGF-β and uterine fibroids are closely related to a class of growth factors, in an autocrine and paracrine manner play a part in the organization. It is involved in the pathogenesis of uterine fibroids by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of cells, affecting the gene expression of uterine smooth muscle, promoting the synthesis of extracellular matrix of uterine fibroids and regulating the activity of aromatase.
